That piece used in the carwash element has been used a few times before:
in set 6649 and 5620 (I own both sets)

i’m only half hearted about these cars sets, there just too pre formed for me

the set I do have my eyes on is the black jet being chased by the cars with guns, although I feel the jet is quite small in overall size and looks big by the clever art work on the box
